Academic transcripts
Find out what an academic transcript is and how and when you can access yours.
An academic transcript is a detailed record of your university results. It lists your course, the subjects you've studied, your grades and date of completion. Every unit you've been enrolled in will be included – even those you've failed or withdrawn from.
Get a copy of your transcript
If you need the current semester's results included on your academic transcript, get your copy after results have been published.
You can download an unofficial digital copy of your academic transcript for free via my Student Centre. Log in, Select the 'Academic Records' tile, select 'View Unofficial Transcript' then press 'Submit'. A PDF will open in a new window (so make sure you have pop-up blockers disabled).
If you'd like a printed copy of your official academic transcript, you can wait until graduation (when you'll be given one for free) or you can purchase one through my Student Centre. You'll get the option to collect it from campus or have it posted.
Request a transcript as an alumni
If you're a Federation graduate – or an alumnus – you can access your academic transcripts through my Alumni Centre. Need some guidance? Download the instructions (PDF 2.9 MB).
If you no longer have access to our systems, you can complete and submit an Academic Transcript Request form (PDF 228 KB).

Share your transcript
If you need to show your academic results to a potential employer or another university, you can share your digital transcript directly or download a PDF.
It's easy to share your transcript with third parties via My eQuals. If you're applying to study in Canada, you must use this method (and you'll need a WES reference number).
