Your new student checklist
If this is your first time at uni, you might be feeling a little overwhelmed. Maybe you're not sure what to do, or when to do it. Don't worry – we've put all of your pre-semester tasks in one handy list.
Before classes start

FedReady is a free online study skills course designed to help you understand academic basics and boost your confidence. Work through it at your own pace.

You'll have to access a range of online platforms during your studies at Federation. Make sure your hardware, software and wi-fi meets the minimum requirements.

You'll need a student ID card to access University facilities and sit your exams. Your first card is free, and you can order it online through the CaptureMe Portal.

Orientation
