What's involved?

As a Student Wellbeing Ambassador Network member, you'll promote mental health, support wellbeing campaigns and events, engage with students, and help deliver activities across campus.
 
Applications close 1 May, 2026.
Work part time and earn up to $41.13 per hour
Help students feel supported and connected
Collaborate with staff members and peers 
Develop event management skills 

Checks and clearances

You'll require a Police Check, Working with Children Check and compliance with University policies on child safety and safeguarding. These will be paid for by Federation University.

Working hours and pay

The Student Wellbeing Ambassador Network member is a casual paid position at HEW Level 2.1. You'll be paid fortnightly at $41.13 per hour.

Commitment and training

If selected, you'll be required to attend mandatory induction training in person with your fellow SWAN members. The role involves a light, casual commitment of up to six hours a fortnight. You'll get a branded polo top, jumper and ID badge as well as resources to support your role.
