Our location

Set on 29 hectares of stunning native bushland, the Mt Helen Technology Parks – including the Greenhill Enterprise Centre and the Global Innovation Centre – offer a peaceful setting just 10 km from Ballarat’s CBD and 115 km from Melbourne. With easy access to public transport and plenty of free on-site parking, Mt Helen is an ideal location for businesses looking to connect with Victoria’s growing regional hubs.

Facilities for tenants

Technology Park tenants have access to:

  • high-quality flexible and adaptable office spaces

  • fully equipped conference facilities
  • onsite catering.

Spaces for hire

Our rooms can be used by current tenants or hired by members of the public. Spaces are generally available Monday–Friday from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm. After hours and weekend bookings may cost extra.

If you're a current tenant you can use our online booking system to reserve a space. If you don't have a tenancy, email reception.techparks@federation.edu.au for prices and booking.
