Jack Knott was born in Melbourne and found his passion for the arts in film and TV, which blossomed into musical theatre during high school and with amateur groups like the GSODA Junior Players. Jack’s booming voice led him to love opera and classical singing. He has been in four shows during his time at the Arts Academy: The White Rose (Jakob), The Lower Depths (Tartare), A Seat at the Periodic Table (self-devised performance) and Orlando (Virginia, Officer and Tory). Jack is a performer who always loves playing with their roles, pushing what is possible with a character and finding their truth through play and experimentation.
