Prospects is a fully operational, licensed training restaurant that gives our commercial cookery and hospitality students the chance to prepare food for real paying customers. And because our expert teachers are guiding them behind the scenes, the service is always polished and professional.
The restaurant is open sporadically throughout the year for dine‑in service (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and takeaway meals. We encourage you to book in advance or pre‑order takeaway meals so the students can plan ahead.

Looking for somewhere to host your next special event? Prospects is perfect for cocktail parties or formal sit‑down dinners for up to 90 guests. The venue is also equipped with a modern audiovisual system and two screens.
