Whether you prefer a campus surrounded by greenery or a space in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD, you’ll find open venues for parties and weddings, as well as meeting rooms, boardrooms and lecture theatres. We offer a wide range of venue options, with capacity reaching up to 650 guests.
Our locations

We offer a range of venues to book in Ballarat, from the bushland surrounds of our Mt Helen Campus to the heart of the city at our SMB Campus.

Our Berwick Campus offers lecture theatres, meeting rooms and flexible venues, surrounded by landscaped grounds and modern architecture.

Host your next event at our Gippsland campus, with access to a large auditorium for up to 600 guests, plus lecture theatres, meeting rooms, classrooms and PC labs.

In the heart of Melbourne’s CBD, our Melbourne City Campus offers modern spaces for meetings and events, with easy access to public transport.

Submit a booking request through the Service Hub. To help us prepare, please book with a minimum two weeks notice.
Complete the online form and we’ll be in touch to confirm availability, discuss set‑up and arrange a tour.
