Explore the range of fitness classes available at the Health, Sports and Aquatic Centre.
The Health, Sports and Aquatic Centre group fitness classes are designed to suit everyone – from first‑timers to seasoned fitness enthusiasts. Join our friendly, qualified instructors for a fun, motivating workout that suits your goals and experience level.
There’s no need to book – just turn up and get started. If you have a gym membership, all group classes are included. Not a member? You’re still welcome to join in with a casual or 10‑class pass.
Classes
