Our state‑of‑the‑art Health, Sports and Aquatic Centre is your place to move, train and unwind. The Mt Helen Campus facility features a heated indoor 25‑metre pool, a fully equipped gym, indoor sports courts, dance studio and outdoor tennis courts. We also offer group fitness classes, swimming lessons, personal training and athlete testing.
Anyone can use the Health, Sports and Aquatic Centre – Federation students, staff and members of the public. If you're keen to come regularly, you can get a 12-month membership. If occasional exercise is more your thing, you can just pay each time you visit.
Our gym has a range of modern cardio and strength equipment to suit all levels, plus lunchtime group fitness classes.
Come to the pool to swim laps, do water aerobics, learn to swim, celebrate a birthday or just splash about with your family or friends.
